Cookie Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Our website uses no cookies at all. The application uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to keep you signed in and remember your settings. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website places in your browser. A browser's local storage can do a similar job. This page covers both.
2. The website
The website (home page, language pages, legal pages) uses no cookies and no local storage, and has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.
A content-delivery and security service (Cloudflare) may sit in front of the domain. Services of this kind can set technical cookies for security only, such as bot and attack protection; we do not use them for tracking.
3. Cookies in the application
All the cookies below are required for the service to work, so your separate consent is not asked for.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| access_token | A short-lived key that identifies the signed-in user to the server. Scripts in the browser cannot read this cookie. | 15 minutes | Strictly necessary, first party, httpOnly |
| refresh_token | Restores your session when you reload or reopen the page. It is sent only to the sign-in endpoints; scripts cannot read it. | At most 14 days (removed on sign-out) | Strictly necessary, first party, httpOnly |
| its_session | A plain marker ("1") that this browser had a session, so the sign-in page is not shown needlessly. It holds no secret. | 30 days (removed on sign-out) | Strictly necessary, first party |
4. Browser storage
Besides cookies, the application keeps the following in your browser. All of it stays on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking:
- The selected site, view preferences and the last-used filters and choices.
- Marks showing that the product tour and the first-use guide have been seen.
- A queue that holds defect and daily-report entries made while offline until the connection returns.
- When you install the app on your phone, a service-worker cache so the opening shell and icons load fast. Data and pages are not cached.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies you cannot sign in to the application. Signing out removes the session cookies.
6. Changes
If a new cookie or storage type is added, this page is updated. If a non-essential cookie is ever added, your consent is asked first.
This text reflects how the service works today and is updated as the service changes.
